Uno's twist to this classic sauce, with beef bacon and cream

I love to have my carbonara pasta with either penne or fettuccine ♥ I'm a bigger fan of penne due to its texture and also how its hollow center is able to hold the sauce..really adds a more refined sensation to your entire meal !
