Love the strong fragrant from the toasted muesli (the mixture of oats & variety of nuts like almond, aromatic seeds like sesame seeds and sunflower seeds with a pinch of cinnamon powder), with the additional of natural sweetness from those fresh bananas, what an interesting combination! When you have all these ingredients all blended with ice into a smoothing and refreshing smoothie . . it screams PERFECT !
Low Fat, Low sugar, High fibre (variety seeds, nuts and fruit), indeed, a healthy meal all in a cup !
