The caramelized skin . . the combination of the sweet sticky sauce makes each bite of the succulent meat to die for . Me love to have my char siew 'pun fei sau', in another words, it is best when the char siew has a balance portion of meat and fats. Yes, the price is quite ex for a place like this, but i'm telling you it's worth it!

Sweet Black Charcoal BBQ Liver Sausage. Stuffed with mixture of meat and liver and grilled to perfection. For those who don't fancy liver or innards like me, don't be afraid to try as the liver taste is pretty indistictive. The addition of liver actually brings up the entire texture and adds on to its aroma :)
