Yishensu 一心素 @ One Utama

There are not many nice looking vegetarian restaurants out there that catches my attention. But if you are looking for a place to have yummy greens with nice ambience..this is a place you must try. Yishensu 一心素Located at G Floor, Old Wing @ One Utama. This place is usually packed during lunch hours, it can be up to an hour of waiting time ! If possible, make a reservation first..you might wanna give them a call @ 03-7729 4313 :)
their interior design..it was very obvious that their theme was simply leafy..from the oversized ceiling lamp to the front wood farcade to the chair to even the mirror design

Tofu is soft and smooth. It is served with minced meat topped with hair moss aka Fatt Choy and Siu Pak Choy as sides. I especially love the texture of the minced meat toppings

Vege Bat Kut Teh Soup

A typical BKT soup, served with tau fu pok, lettuce & enoki mushrooms. But I'm just really curious how did they make it tastes so 'porky' without using the real meat itself? Hmm....
